Searching for your dream home should be easy.  After all you can now view all homes available in the area from the comfort of your own home.  I have a few tools on this website that will help in your search:

• You may Search the entire MLS database and view virtual tours online by clicking "Property Search" on the left hand side.
• If you are serious about your search then you may create a FREE Account in order to save your searches by click on "Login" above.
• If you want the most up to date information such as new listings and price changes as they happen this information is also available to you.  Simply click on "Contact Me" on the left and send me a message with your name, email address, and the specific features you are looking for in your home.  I will setup an automatic notification that will be sent to you whenever a new listing or price change occours meeting your criteria, then all you have to do is call me to schedule a private showing.

I'm sure that you have already done extensive research online about what to expect when selling your home before you came here so I'm not going to bore or overwhelm you with more information here.  There are two things that I do offer though:

• Free Unlimited Searching of Current Homes for Sale to compare your house to those already on the market.
• A FREE Custom Market Analysis.  Just contact me to schedule a time that I may view your property in order to prepare an accurate analysis.  It will take approximately 30 minutes for me to gather the information that I need, then
I will have your written Market analysis in the mail within 48 hours.
• After you review your Comparative Market analysis I offer one free Consultation if you desire.  During this consultation I will review in as much or as little detail as you wish the results of your Market Analysis along with a brief explanation of how a home marketing plan works.

You might have noticed that I do not have business hours on my website.  That is because I schedule my business hours to meet yours.  I find that the majority of my appointments are made between 4-9 on weekdays and 11-6 on weekends.  Not exactly "normal business hours"
